The merit list is made from the written exam marks (Part II for Primary; Parts II and III for the other levels). Guest teachers with the required qualification can get up to 25 extra marks, 5 for each year of service, with a District Education Officer certificate. A candidate can appear in this exam at most 5 times. How to apply 1. Register once (OTR) on the BPSC online portal, bpsconline.bihar.gov.in, with a valid email and mobile number. 2. Complete the profile (personal, address, qualification, experience, photo and signature) and lock it. 3. Choose the post and pay the fee of Rs 100 online. Pay a further Rs 200 biometric fee if no Aadhaar number is entered. 4. Fill and submit the application form, then download and keep the printout. Do not send hard copies to the Commission. Eligibility certificates (degree, teacher training and CTET/BTET/STET) must be dated on or before 26 October 2026. Check your age and qualification before paying, because the fee is not refunded.
