Pay

Consolidated monthly remuneration: State Programme Managers Rs. 63,523, Finance Controller Rs. 66,251, District Programme Manager Rs. 55,738, Assistant Programme Manager/Expert EMIS/Finance and Accounts Officer/Accounts Officer Rs. 39,322, Assistant Computer Programmer Rs. 29,344, Auditor/Junior Engineer Rs. 26,923. Includes 3 percent annual increment based on performance plus applicable project, house rent, medical and conveyance allowances. Appointments are on one-year short-term contract, extendable based on performance. (from notification)

Selection process

Total merit of 200 marks: Written test 100 marks (3 hours, MCQ/OMR covering General Knowledge 20, Logical Reasoning 20, Functional/Subject-Specific 30, Analytical/Situational 30), Academic qualification 50 marks, Technical proficiency 20 marks, Personal interview 20 marks, Work experience 10 marks. A separate computer-based test of 20 marks applies to relevant categories.
