Step 1: Online entrance exam - a 60-minute remote-proctored test by BFSI SSC with 100 questions across General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude. Step 2: Document verification for shortlisted candidates. Step 3: Personal interview at the designated LIC HFL office. Step 4: Engagement letter for final selectees specifying training branch and terms. Exam date: 7 November 2026.
