Selection process
Physical and Medical Standards (qualifying). Physical Efficiency Test (45 marks): 3 km run for men and 2 km run for women, plus pull-ups, high jump, and long jump. Men taking over 12 minutes 30 seconds on the run or doing fewer than 6 pull-ups are disqualified. Women taking over 12 minutes or doing fewer than 3 pull-ups are disqualified. Written Exam (40 marks): 80 MCQs in 2 hours in English. Only PET qualifiers are called. Interview (10 marks). NCC Certificate (up to 5 marks). Total: 100 marks.
