Pay
Pay scale Rs. 3500-10000 with Grade Pay Rs. 1100 plus other government allowances. Probation period is 3 years extendable to 5 years. (from notification)
Selection process
Merit-based selection: 50 percent weightage for Higher Secondary marks, up to 10 marks for graduation or post-graduation, 25 percent for computer skill test, and up to 15 marks for Rozgar Sahayak experience. Candidates shortlisted at 1:10 ratio for skill test. Minimum 33 percent required in skill test.
