About the role
📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Key Duties
- Coordinate with hospitals/ISA for post-discharge facilitation
- Coordinate with ISA, ISA Coordinator and Medical Officer on claims clarifications/queries
- Check treatment cost against package rates
- Monitor claims documents and submission timelines after patient discharge
- Ensure discharge summary, case sheets, investigation notes and drug bills are as per guidelines
- Manage all matters pertaining to claims and their management
- Support claims audit
- Submit claims files to the Medical team / Finance department within TAT
- Any other duties assigned by the CEO
Eligibility Requirements
Education Required
- Post Graduate in Commerce with minimum 50% marks
Experience Required
- required: Minimum 3 years in related sector
